Kurze Vita der Vereinsmitglieder

Prof. Gerhard Bosch, geboren 1947, lebt in Köln. Er ist verheiratet und hat zwei Kinder. Er ist emeritierter Professor an der Universität Duisburg-Essen im Institut für Arbeitswissenschaft und Qualifizierung (IAQ). Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarktregulierung und -politik, Sozialstaat, Industrielle Beziehungen, Löhne, Arbeitszeit und Ausbildung, vor allem im internationalen Vergleich, und er ist Berater des Bundesarbeitsministeriums, der ILO, der EU und der OECD. Christoph Dänzer-Vanotti, Jahrgang 1955, verheiratet, 3 Kinder, lebt in Rheinbreitbach bei Bonn. Rechtsanwalt für Arbeitsrecht, Aufsichtsratsmitglied bei RWE Power AG und RWE Generation SE, Beirat STEAG GmbH, früher Personalvorstand Eon SE.

Bernd Dunnzlaff, Jahrgang 1956, verheiratet, zwei Töchter, lebt in Berlin. Ministerialrat im Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung, derzeit Leiter des Referats „Naher Osten I“.

Ernst_Gerlach, Jahrgang 1945, lebt mit seiner Frau in Oberhausen, eine Tochter. Er ist Geschäftsführer des Verbandes der kommunalen Aktionäre bei RWE, war vorher Mitglied des Vorstandes bei der NRW Bank und Staatssekretär im NRW Finanzministerium. Er ist außerdem Verleger des ASSO-Verlages.

Roland Matzdorf (Vorsitzender), Jahrgang 1952, lebt mit seiner Frau in Essen, ein Sohn. Er war bis Anfang 2018 Abteilungsleiter im Arbeitsministerium NRW, zuständig für die Bereiche „Berufsvorbereitung, Berufsausbildung, Beschäftigung, Arbeitswelt im Wandel und Arbeitslosigkeit“.

Ulrich Meinecke (stellv. Vorsitzender), Jahrgang 1953, lebt mit seiner Frau in Hamburg. Er hat drei Söhne. Seit 2022 ist er 2. Vorsitzender der Stiftung Hamburger Hospiz  https://stiftung.hamburger-hospiz.de/ Bis 2019 leitete er die Exportinitiative „iMOVE-Training Made in Germany“ beim Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB). Zuvor war er an der deutschen Botschaft Neu Delhi tätig. Bis 2009 leitete er den Fachbereich Handel der Vereinten Dienstleistungsgewerlschaft ver.di im Landesbezirk Hamburg und gehörte dem Landesbezirksvorstand an.

Manfred Murschall (Schatzmeister), Jahrgang 1952, lebt mit seiner Partnerin in Bonn, 2 Töchter. Er ist selbständiger Finanzanlagenvermittler.

Markus Schnapka ist Vater, verheiratet, Sozialarbeiter, Landesrat und Beigeordneter a.D. Berufliche Erfahrungen auf Bundes-, Länder- und kommunaler Ebene. Diverse Veröffentlichungen zur Sozial- und Integrationspolitik und zur Praxis in der sozialen Arbeit. Freiberufliche Tätigkeit, u.a.  für die Bertelsmann-Stiftung.

Wolfgang Trefzger (Schriftführer), Jahrgang 1970, lebt mit seiner Frau in Duisburg. Er arbeitet als Referent bei der IHK NRW, den Industrie-und Handelskammern in Nordrhein-Westfalen.

He is a lawyer with the focus in labour-laws and member of the supervisory board of the energy-companies RWE Power AG and RWE Generation SE. He is member of the advisory board of STEAG Ltd. In the past, he was Chief-HR-Officer at the energy-company Eon Se. He is married and father of three children.

Bernd Dunnzlaff, born in 1955, lives in Berlin. He works for the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) as the head of the section „Middle East“. He is married and father of two daughters.

Ernst Gerlach, born in 1945, lives in Oberhausen, married, one daughter. He is the director of the association of the communal shareholders of the energy Company RWE. He is former dy. Minister for Finance of the State of North-Rhine Westfalia and was CFO of the NRW Bank. He is owner of the publishing house ASSO.

Till 2018 he was a head of department of the State Ministry for Labour of North-Rhine-Westfalia, in charge for Vocational Training, Employment, changing world of work and the transition of students from the school to the labour market.

Ulrich Meinecke (Substitute chairman), born in 1953, lives with his wife in Hamburg. He has three sons. Since 2022, he has been 2nd Chairman of the Hamburg Hospice Foundation https://stiftung.hamburger-hospiz.de/ Until 2019, he headed the „iMOVE-Training Made in Germany“ export initiative at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB). He previously worked at the German Embassy in New Delhi. Until 2009, he headed the trade department of the United Services Trade Union ver.di in the Hamburg district and was a member of the district executive committee.

Manfred Murschall (Teasurer), born in 1952, two daughters, lives in Bonn. He works since more than 25 years as a financial consultant for private clients and different foundations in Germany. He started his professional carrer as a social worker and civil servant.

Markus Schnapka is married, father and a professional social worker. He was a State Councilor and has a wide range of experience regarding political tasks on federal-, state- and local level. He published studies and articles on social work and integration policies. Currently he is a consultant f.e. to the Bertelsmann Foundation.

Wolfgang Trefzger (Secretary), born in 1970, lives with his wife in Duisburg. He works as a senior expert for the the „Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the State of North-Rhine-Westfalia“.
